Those 20 minutes into the video about kill you, wait until you can do it for 40.<BR/><BR/>try to fit into a size smaller.<BR/><BR/>baby steps! <BR/><BR/>make sure and blog about it, it will make you accountable. For those of us that like to journal, this will help!!<BR/><BR/>I lost 25 pounds, but it took 2 years of VERY HARD work...<BR/><BR/>if I would have watched that scale, I would have quite for sure. (The only time I get weighed, is at the Dr. )<BR/><BR/>Anyway, I just kept noticing, how uch better, I slept, and felt, and fit into clothes. I'll have to check out my On Demand...Good for you! I'll have to check out my On Demand channel. I do go to the gym, but haven't been for two weeks due to sickness, etc. It's hard with kids! If the girls are there Junior does okay, and I love the cycling and step classes. I just wish I had someone to go with me. I do sometimes take DH, but after running 6 miles in the morning his desire to go to the gym is a little less than enthusaistic although he will do.<BR/><BR/>Losing weight is on my list of things to do too. 40 is right around the corner for me too! It saves sooo much travel time. Plus, if you want to do a cardio class at the gym, you have to arrange your schedule around it - but a DVD you can do it whenever.<BR/><BR/>I love Tae Bo Cardio the most, out of all the videos Billy Blanks has come out with. Oh, and I also recommend the Slim in 6 program from Beachbody. It kicks your butt, but it's uses every minute of the workout very effectively.
