one more reason I love him...

I sent an email to Stuntman, telling him how much I love him and am proud of him. I received this reply:

“It is not a hard thing to be out here. I think your job during this deployment is harder and I am the one that is proud, proud of you and my kids for being there when I needed you. The words, the care packages, the pictures, the love that I needed. love, Stuntman”

Stuntman has it exactly right. I've always and forever said it's tougher on those who wait than those who leave. It was that way for me and mine (and for my buds, too) during my time, and I suspect it will remain so.

Well it seems I'm not the only one with a great man :). It's means a lot coming from them.

It really does mean a lot coming from the men we love, doesn't it?

It sure does mean a lot coming from the one you love...
but I still think he's way off base :)

Wait, did we ever stop to think that maybe these guys get issued standard lines to send home? Cuz Jack Bauer tells me the same things. Maybe we just married the smartest, hottest military men there are. Could be.

How sweet!

It's always nice when they acknowledge what you're going through like that.

Those types of e-mail were the kinds I cherished most b/c it isn't often you hear that from anyone else aside from another military spouse or your own spouse. :)

He's a keeper!

Adam says the same thing to me, that he thinks the deployment is harder on me then him. Strange huh?
